In winter season, the temperature falls bellow 6-7 degree in the northern region of Bangladesh, which makes the life of low earning people measurable due to unbearable cold weather. Warm cloths were distributed to those people by SECO Team in the rural areas of Bogura district. This project was carried out in the month of December-2017 and January-2018 on randomly.
